VOLUNTARY CONSUMER ASSISTANCE NETWORK (VCAN) is a Voluntary Consumer Association and a registered NGO in Andhra Pradesh.  VCAN was incorporated as the Consumer wing of the registered Social reform NGO - Association for Legal and Social Awareness (ALSA). The Registered Office is at Bhimavaram, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.
